The Block: Flatfoot, Calzone & Criminal Martin

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Martin has noticed that no one is flat-footed anymore, and that for that matter, no one eats calzones either. In addition, he recounts possibly the most illegal thing he has ever done, and worries about what consequences this might have - now, 13 years later. When Martin calls Sigrid Bonde Tusvik to ask about her New Year's resolutions, he instead gets an earful for choosing to spend parts of his paternal leave in Thailand - so much so that Sigrid considers writing an op-ed. Martin also explains his favorite game, "15 counts," and strongly recommends that everyone plays a little more.

#47 Deep into the green shift

From Spårtsklubben

It all went wrong for Follestad when he was going to the VG building, for he is, after all, in the green shift - which has its challenges. Mads shares an experience from a public shower while he was in London, and Jon Martin is getting a 7-seater and a personalized license plate. Helene speeds down the sledding hill, and the producer laughs as always. Yeah, this is a good episode with a lot of good stuff. Produced by Ole Wold

Anine Olsen: Police in her own life

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Martin confronts Anine with their first meeting at Syng in 2022, a moment she had actually hoped he had forgotten. Anine says that she has been concerned with justice ever since childhood, and admits that her commitment can sometimes get a bit out of hand. Together, she and Martin talk about the differences between female and male comedians, and why the word *feminism* can seem frightening to boys.

What does 6-7 mean to you, Olli?

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Martin has run off to Thailand, and Olli has none other than comedian Jonis Josef with him to give you the ultimate weekend feeling! The boys wonder if we've all actually just been gaslighted into believing Haaland is handsome? Jonis introduces a brand new segment, "Jonis' Corner," which takes the betas into topics like 6-7, the Mannequin Challenge, and not least the forgotten art form of flashmob. He also shares an iconic moment from the Dønnum couple's football school at Christmas. Olli, for his part, has become a hardcore gamer and spent 40 hours in recent days on a game he praises in "This Week's Beer" - and not least, the betas deliver a radio play that's completely on the edge. Do you want to send a (preferably somewhat existential) drunk email to the podcast? Email us at: [email protected]. The episode is produced by Karoline Fjelldal. Hosted on Acast. Blokka: Champagne, Helt Perfekt & Lisa Tønne

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Wednesday, and the year's first Blokka! Martin has seen statistics showing that we Norwegians drink less champagne because we simply celebrate less, and therefore wishes for a 2026 with more toasting, skipping, and champagne. Martin is in the brand new season of Helt perfekt, and can reveal how the filming for the series actually takes place. In addition, he talks about the pressure he felt when he was going to act side by side with some of Norway's best actors. To his great delight, Martin has been asked what the very best way is to tell one's partner that one is pregnant, and admits that he is envious of women who get to do this for their partners. And not least, Martin concludes by calling comedian colleague Lisa Tønne to hear what her New Year's resolutions are.

Espen Lind: Are you really so confident in yourself?

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

What do Martin and Espen Lind have in common? Well, both have acted tough a bit more often than they've had reason to. Martin also delves into whether Espen really has as much self-confidence as he appears to have in «The Voice», how it is to write songs with Taylor Swift, and how to seek recognition from one's own child. Espen also insists on being asked the question «what's the scariest thing you've experienced» because he has a truly good answer here. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

New year, same betas! Martin and Olli are back with the year's first episode, and at the same time say goodbye to producer Synne. Martin brings an absolutely insane snake story from Thailand, while Olli tells about when he, as a child, had to undress naked in front of the entire restaurant after an accident. In their New Year's resolutions, the betas cover both baby freeze, a hot dog stand, and the importance of always having what people ask for in the freezer. In this year's predictions, the guys envision a sex scandal involving Simen Velle, a new TV show with Lilli Bendriss - and how Marius Borg Høiby will complain about his game console in prison. And not least: Olli delivers a fiery New Year's speech. The episode is produced by Karoline Fjelldal.

Kevin Kildal: From homophobic to bisexual

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Comedian Kevin Kildal is in the studio, and Martin begins by delving into Kevin's emotional journey. Kevin first gained fame on Snapchat through the character «Arnt Finessé», a character built on morbid and pitch-black humor. In the conversation, Kevin opens up about how he eventually had to lay the character to rest, even after great success, because he could no longer stand by the content. Kevin also shares the story of his personal development, from being a young man from a small village in Northern Norway with racist and homophobic attitudes, to today living in the capital as an openly bisexual man. Together, Kevin and Martin also talk about different perspectives on life and the future, and about the importance of admitting one's own mistakes. The episode is produced by Synne Johansen. The Block: I am more important than Jesus

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Martin is back in the studio on Christmas Eve itself to serve up this week's Blokka! One thing he has noticed lately is how dogmatic Christian people become about the Bible at Christmas, while we all overindulge, mess with Jesus' day of rest, get wasted, and not least grope around freely. In “their thing” Martin answers, among other things, whether a diverse group of friends actually makes you a cooler person, why he didn't choose an M-name for his child, if he had a bucket list before having children - and not least: what does one *really* do when the boss slaps the young apprentice three times in the face at the Christmas party? And finally, Martin calls friend and comedian colleague Lars Berrum to hear how he will spend Christmas Eve, and receives a somewhat anticlimactic answer. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Else Kåss Furuseth: It hurts when no one believes in the intentions

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

Else has become a commuter and tells Martin how Sandefjord and her husband Tommy have given her the long-awaited feeling of coming home. She also openly shares about the wedding in Spektrum, and how it felt for the family that something so intimate and private suddenly had to be shared with all of Norway. Martin and Else also talk about the criticism the Loneliness Party received, and how it felt that something which for her is so deeply personal and genuine, was dismissed as an ego trip and something she was trying to profit from.

How big is your dick?

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

It's Friday, and to great amusement, the betas have finally received their very first dickmail in their inbox! Since last time, Olli has once again had an unpleasant experience with their stalker, and was also completely tricked by a running taxi. Martin, for his part, tells about the time his eyebrows froze off – and dedicates this week's beer to a Norwegian artist he hasn't discovered until now. In addition, Olli feels the need to test how truly terrible Martin is at geography. Do you have criticism, praise, or contributions for the digital drunk pipe? Blokka: Bathtub-guy, furious & the earth is flat

From Nesten hele uka med Lepperød

New week, new Blokka! Martin is in the studio after some, to say the least, tough days with stand-up shows in Bergen, where he can tell, among other things, about a record number of ejections at a single show. In addition, he has a point to make for bathtubs, since we all reeeally are fish. He also has a bone to pick with Posten, after his package is never delivered correctly. Martin has read that Sigrid Bonde Tusvik has donated 30,000 kroner to Oslo's New Year's Eve fireworks show - but should she really have chipped in a bit more? And not least, Martin is getting a little worried that he himself is starting to believe the conspiracy theory that the Earth is flat.
