Why was Imran Khan Disqualified by the ECP? - #TPEDaily

To support the channel: Jazzcash/Easypaisa - 0325 -2982912 Patreon.com/thepakistanexperience TPE Daily 002 Did ECP have the authority to disqualify Imran Khan? Probably not Was Imran Khan involved in corrupt practices? Yes, the evidence in the foreign funding case and the tosha khana case is pretty straight forward. Is it still political victimisation then? Yes Arguing the merits and the legality of judgments almost becomes pointless when cases are left on cold storage and judgments are only passed when it is convenient for the Establishment to do so. The judiciary and the ECP should work for the people, not for the status quo. Hope PTI supporters can come out of the Nawaz is bad and Imran is good binary and take a broader sense of Pakistani politics. The Establishment, often through the judiciary, intervening in the political process to derail democracy and destroy Parliamentary supremacy is wrong. Regardless of who it happens to. Where are those who celebrated the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif triumphantly? We wasted 5 years and now the system is bending over backwards simply trying to undo all the damage.
