"Meanwhile, the Argentinian Treasury continues selling dollars to prevent the dollar's price from hitting the band's ceiling," he added. "From Bessent's statements, we believe that there will be a flexibilization in the exchange market, which would mean a devaluation. We still don't know how much, but if it happens, it will imply an increase in costs and a benefit for exporters," he concluded. After the resignation of Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu, France faces a new political storm The now former Prime Minister of France resigned just one day after the presentation of his new cabinet. In his resignation speech, the former official criticized the lack of willingness of political parties to reach compromises. "France is in a serious political crisis. Since Emmanuel Macron took office, five prime ministers chosen by him have passed. It is not normal in our Constitution. Not even that can guarantee the stability of a Government," said in Heads or Tails Pascal Drouhaud, French political analyst. "The president has three options: appoint another prime minister, dissolve the National Assembly again, several parties are calling for a dissolution or call for Macron's resignation. It is a difficult political debate in the midst of a complicated social and economic situation that, by the way, there are still no traces of the 2026 budget," he concluded.
